Brain Gym® is one of the movement based programmes that comprise Educational Kinesiology. The programme uses physical and movement based tools to optimise skills for learning & life.

Educational Kinesiology combines intentional movement and the body's natural intelligence to enable stress free learning. People who use it have found benefit in reading, writing, maths, co-ordination, organisation, communication, focus and attention.

Educational Kinesiology and Brain Gym are currently used in over 80 countries, with people from all walks of life and with varied levels of skill finding benefits. It was created by specialist educator Paul Dennison PhD to enhance learning and daily life for children and adults. It has been actively used for over 25 years in the UK.

Children and adults of all physical, social and learning abilities in homes, schools and workplaces use Brain Gym for general learning skills and special needs, sports and physical abilities, professional skills, stress and trauma management, self development and much else. There are two ways to experience the potential of Brain Gym:
