Introductory and short courses – open to all

Have you heard about Edu-K and Brain Gym®, attended a talk or short seminar and wanted to experience more of the programme before deciding on further training? Or perhaps you would like to learn some of the activities and use them to see what they can achieve? There are plenty of opportunities to do this by attending an Introduction to Brain Gym® course, one day course from the recognised Edu-K curriculum or a short course developed by a Brain Gym® Instructor to improve a particular skill.

Double Doodle

Short synopsis: Come and experience drawing with both hands simultaneously using the Double Doodle as a starting point. Develop co-ordination, hand-eye, spatial skills and dexterity whilst expressing your creativity, writing and self-expression skills using both sides of the brain. The workshop is suitable for all levels of ability and can be applied to many media. A great tool for occupational therapists, art teachers, special needs educators, artists and anyone wishing to free their self-expression. The techniques learnt can be used across the age ranges, from children to those of mature years.
